Everyone needs to stop what they're doing so they can marvel my new pokebeast! [Guess who's Zorua egg just hatched after basically never taking her nose off it. Terezi's Zorua, that's what!] I'm not sure what to name it! [She doesn't even know what gender it is yet, but it is content snuggling into her lap right now.] But it will have the perfect name! Once someone tells me what it looks like exactly.
Speaking of looking and not having the ability to do it. How do you get better at catching these things. I think I've lost more pokeballs throwing them into trees than actually catching anything! I'm not really interested in catching trees, to be honest! Unless it is a nice tree that could fit a proper hive into!
Just the other day I was trying to catch one, but I had to beat it because Dave stopped trying to help me after I threw the first pokeball! How rude. He just kept making these really sad dying noises and not being very helpful. It also sounded like he was lying on the ground for a really long time. Obviously, I need someone who won't sleep on the job when I want to go catch more pokebeasts. I was looking forward to catching my first one, but there's always today and the next day for that. If I'm not careful, Pyralspite won't give them a chance to be caught, so I hope it's soon.
[As for if you're around town, Terezi is actually getting around. She taps her new cane as she walks. She's already got into the habit of keeping her Pokemon out of their balls. It was more convenient for her because they can nudge her leg if she starts straying into places she shouldn't be. She also hasn't started marking them so she can tell them apart. Plus, she just likes them walking with her versus keeping them cooped up inside.
Today she is intent on training! And maybe catching pokemon even!]

Okay. Hang on. I'll get on Lady B and come find you.

Date: 2013-02-05 08:06 pm (UTC)I think I know exactly what to name it then. Hehehe. How many types of pokebeasts are there. There seems to be quite a lot!

Date: 2013-02-05 08:08 pm (UTC)I have stopped walking.

Date: 2013-02-05 08:09 pm (UTC)Last time I read, there were at least 600 different kinds discovered so far.

Date: 2013-02-05 08:20 pm (UTC)I thought only female humans can get human pregnant! Does that mean that male humans can also have human grubs inside them? Is that what they're called? Sproglets? I was told that they were called babies! Or is it different depending on if it is male or female? That's a dumb name for human grubs though!

Date: 2013-02-05 08:25 pm (UTC)[Oh. Oh now we're talking. Initiating troll mode.
He sighs dramatically.]
No one told you? The kinds female humans have are called babies. The kind the boys cook up are called sproglets. It may be dumb, but that's just how it is.
And you hit him in the balls. The testicles. That sack below his dingaling. The key part in creating sproglets.

Date: 2013-02-05 08:28 pm (UTC)But then why do only females eject blood? How come males don't! That doesn't make any sense. I need more evidence about these sproglets!
Oh no. How do I fix them? [She sure is asking how to fix testicles. Oh no.]

You've been spending too much time with Jane. Now it all makes sense. You've been whipping up the mix for some babycakes with her, haven't you?

Date: 2013-02-05 08:38 pm (UTC)That's because the whole birth thing is more traumatic than female birth, so biology decided to spare dudes that particular pain in the dick every month. Instead, they just have to deal with squeezing a watermelon out of a hole the size of a pea.
They're gonna need some tender love and care in order to make a full recovery.
